Roasting
As Best coffee beans 1kg , Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has a sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft mouth feel that caresses the palette. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with a good book and a hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Add the grounds, and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge, and then enjoy.
